Are you adjusting status from K-Visa or talking about the visa petition? You posted this in the AOS forum.

Anyway, yes it is quite common for the number to be unreadable, ours was for AOS, I just had to wait a week or so to get the NOA1.

Yes I am currently Adjusting from a K-1, when I had gotten the NOA1 for the K-1 I was able to read the recipte # clearly on the check. I was anticipating on the check getting cashed and when it finally did I was dissapointed not ot be able to read the #.

Yep, your profile still shows filed for K-1, you may want to change that to AOS Pending.

I did look at your timeline, and the blank K-1 section makes it look like you are just starting on the K-1, it is easy to mis the AOS info further down the page.

You may want to fill in the K-1 section of the timeline.

If it makes you feel any better we could read the number on the back of our check but it wasn't right so we had to wait for the NOA1 anway. There seems to be a delay waiting for the cases to show up online right now so it probably wouldn't be available right now anyway.

Waiting without any source of information is hard but if your K1 was anything like ours I'm sure you're already a pro.
