ds3230 need assistance

hi i filled out the ds3230 form so i could send it to my husband i entered my last name on the first line and had given all the info's..when i was about to print it my last name keeps on appearing under the second box on the item country i tried to erase it but when i erase it my last name on the first line dissappears too..can we just handwrite my last name on the first line or have it typed (typewriter)? and one more about the "place a barcode strip here before mailing to the nvc" can we also handwrite our case no. above this box?please help me tnx!!

Just white it out :thumbs: with regards to the barcode hubs cut the original barcode then paste it in the box, However you could create generated barcode while others simply wrote their case no. (This is what we did on our son's DS3032). Dont forget to signed and dated the form :)

One more thing you can also email it to NVC right after DS3032 has been generated

06/22/10 - Check was cashed

06/24/10 - Received NOA letter (Dated 6/17/10)

07/03/10 - Received biometric letter (Biometric Appointment dated 07/23/10)

07/20/10 - Early biometric done

08/13/10 - APPROVED

thank you so much..where can we get the original barcode?im glad tht your case is almost complete!

DS3032 form with barcode will be sending to you as well as to your husband by the NVC
