My US fiance is moving soon and i know we should notice about the change address, but i wonder is there a right moment to do that, or we can do that whenever?

Plus, what way would you advise to use?

Thank you.

I moved while I was waiting for the packet 3, I didn't inform to USCIS about the address change. I thought that it would delay something, now I don't know if it would really happen. Anyway I moved to another town but I told to my families about they inform me if something from my consulate arrives to my old address. I think that you can call to USCIS and you can make the address change on the phone and there isn't "delays". After that USCIS send you a notification about address changed.
