So Im getting ready to file my I-485 package in days, but I still have a few questions

1. For my wife's I-130 form, there was a subnote in the instruction where they mentioned we should show one or more of: document of joint ownership; a lease of joint tenancy; affaidavits to the validaity of the marriage, or co-mingling of financial resources. So I'm just wondering if these are necessary, and how could they affect my applications if we didn't submit them.

2. For my I-485, I have to provide copies of my passport, birth-certificate and so on, and I had to use a black-white printer for these documents. Hence I'm wondering whether color copies are required.

3. My wife had found a new job, and she is a co-sponsor for me financially, and in the form pay stubs are required for the 6 most recent month. So would this provie challenge for us in anyway. Because she did went from her old job to this new one without any stop in between, and her income actually increased a bit.

Thank you for reading my questions, I would love for any help you can offer :D

1. you only need to file a I-130 if you did not come on a K1 or K3 visa.... and yes you need to supply evidence listed.... if you dont supply the evidence you will get a RFE ( request for evidence) and if you fail to supply it in the time given the I-130 will be denied...

2. Black and White are ok

3. the six months of pay stubs dont all have to be from the same job, they just have to cover the last six month...
