Birth Certificate - Translate and Notarize?

Does anybody know somebody who'd translate and notarize my birth certificate in Albany's area? My fiance and I went to apply for a marriage license yesterday, and we're told that, of course, they coudln't accept my birth certificated tranlated in Ukraine as a proof of identity (we needed two.) I know I'll need one later for AOS anyway, so I guess I'd have it get done anywy. I've called to all the translation services in Albany, and they charge like $80-$200 for that. It's insane! Besides, it's already translated, they'd only need to put it in appropriate format... :angry:

If anybody can recommend me someone or some place in the Capital District that'd charge me a bit less, please let me know. Thank you :) .
