I wanted to include my fiancee's birth certificate and her ex-husband's death certificate, but I needed to translate them from Spanish into English to submit them with the K-1 petition. I wanted it translated by a licensed/certified translator who has experience with "official" documents.

I looked at a few firms in the US. They quoted me $85-125 for each 1-page document. :o

I did Googled for a company in Costa Rica and found a few, but the fastest to reply was this one: http://www.solucionesidiomaticas.com/trans...rpretations.php

I paid $50 for BOTH documents. They emailed me scans of the translated documents (stamped & signed) the next day, then I got the originals in the mail about two weeks later. If you need the hard-copy translations fast, they can send it FEDEX INT'L OVERNIGHT.

I have no vested interest in this company, just passing the info in case anybody else needs it. They also do translations from other languages, not just Spanish.

Any questions, PM me.
