Getting sick of USCIS phone

Hi there!

Both me and my fiance have been trying to contact USCIS and we never get to speak with a real person...they dont provide number for customer representative/s. For those who have called...what number did you dial? We have received NOA2 a month ago and called NVC to check if they have our docs and said that they dont have it yet and to call USCIS and also it still appears pending on USCIS website. Its not that long yet from the time we got the NOA2 but we just want to make sure that our papers is on its ways to NVC.

it can take 2-4 weeks for a petition to be sent to NVC and for NVC to receive it into their system. USCIS bulk ships them to NVC, they do not send them every day, they usually send the shipment every week or so by truck. The distance from CSC to NVC is a 5-7 day drive.

The only number that you can call for USCIS it the national customer service number. 1-800-375-5283

Its been 3 weeks since I got approved from USCIS and I let my fiance' called NVC and they dont have it yet but she knows his cellphone number...I find it weird. From checking other peoples timeline seems like after getting NOA2 the processing goes smoothly and in just a short time. Mine has been taking soo long...from NOA1, NOA2 and now NVC. This whole process is daunting me .
