Should bank statements be plain printout?

Hi! I just wanna ask re the bank statements required of the K1 visa. Ive been reading posts and somehow just got more confused. Anyway the question is, is it ok to bring the bank statements of my fiance to the interview without any letter from the bank officer certifying his bank balance account? Of course, i will be bringing the affidavit of support notarized forms. He is well above the poverty line but im just wondering if plain bank statements would be fine.

Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

If income is sufficient, there is no need to disclose assets.

But if you need it, the latest statement should be fine. Printout or copy is fine too.

I had a letter from the bank (which was sent by my hubby) even though the income is sufficient. It was wasn't asked from me though. It's better to be safe coz sometimes, you can't predict what's on the mind of the pre-screener or the Consul.
