Sorry to post this similar inquiry again I just haven't found an answer but I'm sure middle eastern spouses get so much RFE I feel I can get some similar experience answers here. I wanted to know When they RFE you and you send the evidence back to them, How long does it take for them to contact you again? Do they update the computer system so we can check online if they accept the Evidence for the RFE? It's been 2 weeks now since I've sent back evidence to them and I havent had any news. :help:

if you're talking about NVC, i remember they told me that it takes about 2 weeks minimum to review the evidence...i think you should probably get a letter regarding that within 2 weeks after they've reviewed..

Hi You can look at my timeline...I believe it was about 2 weeks and the system was updated it will say that info was received and case processing has resumed.....and I got the NOA2 in about 3 weeks or so....I am on a K1 so I don't know if that makes a difference...I certainly hope that you hear some news soon...good luck, Melinda
