pls. anybody i just wanted to clarify things, we received our approval last Jan. 30, and i wanna asked do my fiance (petioner) needs to send any documents to the USE here? that same documents when he applied for our K1 Visa? and everything docments that he sent to the USE be sent to me as well?

is it different from packet 3 and packet 4?

pls. help anybody...:)

hi ..... your fiancee doesn't need to send anything to USE ......

USE will send you (beneficiary) packet 4 (instruction packet) weeks before your schedule medical and interview

it contains the documents u need to bring on the interview and appointment letter to be presented to SLEC and USEM

included on the packet 4 are the forms u also need to fill-up

don't worry everything you needed is stated in packet 4

--- you fiancee need to send you his affidavit of support, W2, pay stub, employment letter and

income tax return docs for the past 3 years

April 7, 2008 Sent AOS Package to Chicago Lockbox

April 14, 2008 Received NOA1

April 17, 2008 Case Touched

April 21, 2008 Received Appointment Letter for Biometrics

May 08, 2008 Biometrics Appointment (Sta. Clara, CA) 9am

May 09, 2008 Touched

May 29, 2008 Repeat Fingerprint (FBI cant produce my fingerprints card)

June 9, 2008 Card production ordered for EAD.

June 15, 2008 Receive AP in mail.

June 17, 2008 Approval Notice Sent. EAD

June 18, 2008 EAD received in mail.

Apply for SSN.

June 19, 2008 Applied for California ID

June 21, 2008 Received interview letter for Adjustment of status.

July 30, 2008 Interview in Sacramento @ 10:15am, Wednesday.

August 4, 2008 Card ordered production.

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

May 9, 2010 Sent package to CSC

May 13, 2010 Received NOA1 (containing the notice of 1 year extension of residency)

July 29, 2010 Received BIOMETRICS Letter for AUGUST 20 Appointment (After 83 days from filling I-751)

Aug 20, 2010 Went to scheduled biometrics but unfortunately the USCIS system doesn't accept my fingerprints.

Sept 20, 2010 Repeat Fingerprints.

Sept 24, 2010 Card ordered production.

my hubby sent his phone bills, letter of intent to marry, some cards i snail-mailed to him. took those to the interview. hope u get ur visa soon! God bless!

I concur that the petitioner dont need to send documents to the embassy unless otherwise directed by the consul... The petitioner will only send documents needed for visa application to the benificiary... Good luck!
