FINALLY my wife and I heard about my interview... it's scheduled for March 18 in Casablanca, Morocco. What can we anticipate? What expenses should i expect? If all goes well, will i granted my Visa that day?

Also, anyone have any suggestions for my physical? Iam healthy, takes no meds... i have my vaccination record but it's hard to read, not sure exactly what's on there. Should he go ahead and get as many vaccisnations as i can before the physical, and bring the recorded proof? OR should i wait until the physical? How much will the physical cost?
