Hello Everyone!

I'm planning to fly back to cebu by April for my brother's wedding. I've read somewhere that the immigration officer will unstaple the I-94(departure). What happens when i come back? I haven't sent my AOS yet. I hope someone can help me clear up my mind. I've been looking for some answers and i had no luck.

Thanks!!! Salamat Po!

Did you apply for Advance Parole? If you did, that's your ticket to go out of the country and come back. You will also need a copy of your marriage certificate to go along with your travel documents. If you don't have AP and your AOS is not approved yet, don't leave the country because K1 visa is one-time entry.

I saw that you are a K-3 visa holder. Nothing to worry about because only K-1 visa holders who are not allowed to travel outside USA without GC or AP. Congratulations to your bro! :)

You were never a mistake. You were my realization.
