I 134 question

I have a question about question #9 on the I 134 for my Fiancee

9. I have previously submitted affidavit(s) of support for the following person(s). If none, state none.

I had been married in Philippines in 2001 and brought my wife to USA (we have divorced 2006) Am I correct to assume I would enter her name in question #9?

Also question #11

I intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in item 3.

What do I enter here? (we intend to marry within 90 days of her arrival)

Thanks, Buksol

Yes, you would list your previous wife for #9 (assuming you followed processes then).

As for question 11, this is a frequently asked question. You will want to check neither box, and put something like "N/A (K-1 visa process)". The example forms area here on VisaJourney has a good example of how the I-134 and other forms can be filled out.

Good luck!
