London Medical - Questionaire

Hi all. I read something on here last night and i've been fretting about it since. I have taken an overdose twice in my life. Once when I was about 17 years old because I was being bullied at school, and then when I was about 20 years old, because I had fallen into an abusive relationship. Neither attempt were anything major - more of a cry for help in retrospect. I was given that awful black tar stuff to make me sick, and never counselled or anything.

I have never done anything of that nature since, and actualy feel rather ashamed of myself for doing it back then....

Anyway, I have suffered with anxiety, a couple of years ago I took a period of time off work because I was really unhappy in my job. I had the boss from hell, and ultimately I left that job to find one where my boss was not such a cow!

I was given depression medication when I was about 17, but I never took it because I wasn't depressed! Nor was i actually diagnosed as depressed!

Since then I have taken a variety of anti depressants, but not for depression, I have taken tricyclic anti deprerssants which are prescribed for tension headaches.

I haven't taken any of these for several years now.

What sort of documentation do I need to get from my doctor about this? Just a letter stating I am in sound mind, I do not suffer with depression and I am not suicidal??

I'm freaking out about this, please help!
