Has anyone received duplicate (except for different case #), NOA and extension letters. We got our first one about 2 weeks ago - mailed 1/24 from VSC after TSC xfer to VSC. VSC cashed the check on Friday 2/1 and then today we got another NOA with a new case #. Neither of which is available to check online at USCIS. Curious.

update - called USCIS 800# today, was xferred to examiner who refused to answer my questions regarding why dupe notices on single app, since my wife, the applicant was not on the line (working today). I asked if they could at least tell me if it was worth her while to call back regarding having 2 notice numbers on the same application, but just told me she would have to call.

Just FYI. Talked to an examiner today. no hold time and pretty good customer service from USCIS. He explained that first notice was voided by the second one (use the most recent Receipt Number) and that BIO appt should be received within a few days. I also asked about the NOA to include the kids, and he said to call back if we didn't hear something by the end of the month. Just in case anyone else got duplicate NOA's.
