nscarnut and myself found a great price on Expedia. NW flight out of Manila-Tokyo-Portland-Las Vegas for $679.00

Flight departs at 8am on the 15th so unless your fiancee lives in Manila she will need to stay the night on the 14th (leave yourself 3 hours min for NW security. It is tight in Manila). I just checked and they still have this price as we booked ours last weekend. Now as long as the Embassy cooperates and has our SO's Visa to them within 10 days we are good to go. Our fiancee's interviews are March 4th and 5th.
