Did they give you just the instructions or a copy of the supplement (DS3025)?

If it is a copy of the supplement that is a good thing, you can get it copied over onto the I-693 supplement by a CS that can be needed for AOS or you can try just sending that one in (if vaccinations are complete). You might get a RFE for the vac sup or you might not, just depends on who is looking at your package.

That's the funny thing. I did receive the DS-3025 but I got it after completing the medical for the K-1 visa process. I know what I have to do with this. However, at POE, the officer at secondary inspection opened the sealed envelope and gave me the DS-2053 (yes: DS-2053) which was in it. I have no idea of what I must do with it. I'm just hoping that it wasn't supposed to stay with the rest of the documents in the package.
