green card never sent, any fee?

Are you sure the card was never sent???

i dont know i usualy get an email from them when they mail something but i didnt get anything this time.

so i dont know if they send iit or not i called them earlier and they told me that they sent on october 25th.

and they get it return so i dont know what to do im filling the I90 I DONT KNOW IF I SHOULD SENT A MONEY ORDER WITH IT.

If USCIS have told you it was mailed and returned to them then you do not have to pay any fee.... you can send the I-90 and make sure you have your name on your mailbox so that it does not get returned again....

NO fee needed for filing I-90 in this case.

Filing Fee if you are filing because:
  • You never received your Permanent Resident card; or
  • Your Permanent Resident card was issued with incorrect information because of a USCIS administrative error;
Then there is no fee required. Please review the Where to File Instructions, below, if you are filing for these reasons. Total filing fee = $0.
