I don't even really know where to begin. We were married here - Stateside - then he went back after he went back he got sick. Well as he is being treated I had already started the process. It will be exactly 1 year in February. Does that mean we will have to start all over again? We got all of the way up to the Support form and then I stopped because we decided to wait until this was all over. The last I submitted was in July.

Since it's coming up on the 1 year date - I have been looking and looking. I thought I saw somewhere that if it isn't complete in a year that it had to be started all over again - but I could be wrong.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

In February, will it be one-year since you submitted the I-130 or one-year since you received the I-130 approval? An approved I-130 is valid for a year.

EDIT - Are you pursuing the K3 or the CR1? You've posted in the K3 but your profile says CR1. I am not sure, but I think it may make a difference to the answer you need.
