Hello,

I don't know if this is the right place, but I am stuck. My passport has always had my name spelled with 1 wrong letter but no one seemed to care. All my other documents (SS card, drivers license, etc etc etc) are correctly spelled. This time around, when I went to change my visa, they decided to use the wrong spelled name and now havoc has come upon me!!! My name and numbers are no where to be found and I cannot renew my driver's license which expires on Monday!!

My question: is there a form or something else to get USCIS or DHS or DOS to change my name (once I get it right on my passport)???

Not quite following you, renew visa? What type of visa? Are you adjusting status? Have you filed for Green-Card.
