they should have given her what they call a blue slip with a date to bring back the evidence they need...u need to start emailing the embassy to find out what the heck happened ..they can't just leave it as "go online and schedule another date" come on....

What the? The prrof is that you got this interview scheduled thru the NVC, so of course you filed the I-130! What do they think the NVC just pulled some strings for you? So ridiculous. I'm sorry to hear this. I cannot believe that is the only proff they want to prove you are really in a marriage. what does an NOA1 have to do with an honest to God mariage?

well I just saw that you got ur appt at the Embassy, but still! They received your approved I-130 from the NVC so what are they talking about! This is so wierd. Do they think their operation is that wacked out that people can easily get in the Embassy door for an visa appt without ever going thru the previous motions?!

No she said that they gave her a blue piece of paper with instructions to e-mail embassy to get a follow-up interview to bring in proof that i filed an I-130. They told her that when that happens then they will issue her a visa. I don't understand
