FINALLY got I-693A done properly

I posted here I believe end of march, early april about going to a clinic in rockford, and having the people royally screw up my I-693A. Well, I finally went to see Dr. Miff in Chicago and just thought I would let those of you know who are in the chicago area who will be needing this supplement, it's just a walk-in (he doesnt work wednesdays), his cost was $25 (to transfer, i didnt need any vaccines) and i was in and out of there in no more than ten minutes!

That being said, I DO NOT reccomend going to any of the Physcians Immediate Care listed on the USCIS website in the Rockford area. When I got home with my new I-693A, I opened their sealed envelope for me and compared to my new photocpy and it was done completely incorrect! Good thing i followed my instinct.

Anyway, just thought I would give you my heads up.

That's a really good price. I had one doctor quote me $125 for the i-693A
