I'm a K1 visa holder, just married. I'm in the process of collecting together all forms/evidence etc using the very useful guide provided by VJ. I do have one query, however. There is a codicil to the guide stating to include additional supporting documentation and photos for the I-765 application. Can someone please clarify what this additional supporting documentation might be? I can't find any references to it from the USCIS link. Also, should I be provide an additional two photographs for this application on top of the two for the I-485(do four in total)?

Many thanks

Chris

Additional Supporting Documentation-Copies of your passport, visa and I-94. If you previously had EAD, then include the copy of that card.

And yes total of 4 identical pictures should be included. Here is the link for I-765 filing instruction.

Additional supporting docs are copy of I-94, Copy of K-1 visa, 2 passport photos... for the I-765.

Treat I-485 and I-765 as separate, do not share any supporting documents. They may be in the same envelope, but they are processed by separate departments so need their own supporting evidence.

I-765 is (c )(9 ) based on pending I-485.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.
