Case Number for I-130 does it take long to get into system after NOA1?

Hi guys,

I hope someone knows something about this subject.

I filled my first I-130 in September 14/07 and Jointly filled another I-130 with I-129 on October 28th. I got first NOA1 for my I-129 on November 10th and it was quickly logged into the system so i can check the status online. I got NOA1 for my first I-130 in December 28 th and an NOA1 for the second I130 today. Both NOA1's for the I-130 are not in the system yet, though for the first one it's almost\ a month. Is this delay to enter the case Numbers for I130 Normal ?

Any body has similar issue or has any idea why it is taking that long?

a second question does it heart to have two I130 for the same person pending ?
