Thank you YuAndDan :D ... But i just wanna know in his Income Tax Transcript is it needed that it still shows above the poverty line after deductions? Or it's ok that it shows below the poverty line after deductions in his Transcript? LoL I'm confused now.

Thank you for your reply too Roserick :D .... But what i meant in his Transcript is it needed that it shows above the poverty line after deductions? His income tax is above the poverty line but when the deductions is included like insurance it makes it below the poverty line .

I really dont have any idea about what it will shows in the Tax transcript but i'm just worried and wondering if the deductions will show in his income tax transcript and if it really shows then it will be below the poverty line if deductions is included.:help:

The tax transcripts basically have all the information included with your tax return, including wages, other income, # of dependents, deductions, etc. As YuAndDan already said, though, it's the gross income that matters.

hi, i have an I-134 problem kinda related to this.

it says here that the income indicated on the I-134 must be the gross income (income before tax/deductions).

what if my fiance wrote his NET INCOME (after tax/deductions). Would this be a problem? the NOTARIZED affidavit is already here with me.

What if the consul sees that infos on the affidavit does not tally with his payslip and might think that my fiance is not telling the truth.

Pls help us on what to do, should I return the docs to him (since i have the original ITR, payslip) and provide a new I-134?

I don't have the experience here, but I'm pretty sure that if they question it, you can just explain what your fiancé did. Doubt it will be a big deal, especially since your fiance's actual income is more than the I-134 states. No worries.
