7-3-07 - sent K1 visa application to CSC

7-11-07- NOA!

11-9-07- NOA2 129 days from the date we file

12-19-07-NVC letter

12-21-07 -letter arrive at USEM

02-26-08 - medical at st lukes 7 am

03-04-08- Interview at USEM 7:30 am

FEBRUARY 28, 2008- MEDICAL INTERVIEW :dance: but plans to have early medical on Feb 6&7 :yes:

MARCH 6, 2008 - Interview :dance:

Jan.25,2008 -------got my packet 4 :thumbs:

* March 28,2008 - Arrived Orlando, Florida

* April 02,2008- Apply SSN

* April 18,2008- BRIDAL SHOWER

* April 20,2008- Rcvd my SSN

* April 26,2008- MARRIAGE

* April 28,2008- Rcvd my Marriage Certificate Documents

* April 28,2008- Change my name to my married name SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICE

* May 01,2008- Got 2 Bank Accounts

* May 05, 2008- Rcvd my SSN with my married name on it

* May 22,2008- Got 2 Credit Card Accounts approval

* May 23-28,2008- Visit Alabama,Mississippi and Louisiana

* May 31,2008 - Mailed my EAD- I-765

* June 04,2008 - Notice Date Rcvd

* June 09,2008 - NOA arrived (PROBLEM:My first name spelled incorrectly)

* Aug. 02, 2008- Rcvd a USCIS letter that they corrected the typo error

FEB 12,2011 - SUBMITTED I-751 APPLICATION TO VERMONT SERVICE CENTER

FEB 22,2011 - RECEIVED NOTICE OF ACTION ON I-751 APPLICATION

Everyone for K1 visa applicants, i suggest you all pay your document verification fee (P650) at any metroabank branch nationwide at least 2-3 weeks before your interviews to avoid delay of your visas....

i read some of the interviewees from january who have not read or wasn't aware of the new policy from us embassy had to wait 2-3 weeks for their visa to be issued.

...just concerned y'all..... :o :o :o

08/24/06 - we met thru his cousin who was my co-worker

04/18/07 - my honey asked me to marry him and i said yes! we're ENGAGED!

05/28/07 - my honey sent the petition to USCIS

06/08/07 - USCIS recieved (on-line)

09/25/07 - hard copy of NOA1 received thru mail

10/15/07 - process for the petition was taking long so he decided to go back to the PI

10/22/07 - NOA2 approved (on-line)

11/08/07 - honey had to leave me again to go back to hawaii

12/10/07 - i was assigned an interview date (2/7/08) and PE date (1/30/07)

01/02/08 - Received PACKET 4!!!!!!

01/04/08 - 1st Day Early Medical at SLEC

01/07/08 - 2nd Day Early Medical at SLEC - PASSED!!!

01/30/08 - Scheduled Medical accdg to packet

02/06/08 - Interview at the USEM 7:30AM - APPROVED!!!!

02/12/08 - US Embassy called for visa pick-up

02/14/08 - Visa on hand YEY!!!!WOHOOOO!!!!!

02/16/08 - 3:30pm Flight to HNL, Hawaii

02/21/08 - Civil Wedding

AOS

4/20/08 - Received SSN

4/23/08 - NOA

4/25/08- ASC Appointment Notice

5/22/08 - Biometrics in HNL

7/30/08 - Interview (APPROVED)

8/11/08 - Green Card Received

were having early medical on feb 18 , me weng and marnelle were from cebu so anybody here shedule early on feb 18 just let us know so that we could meet at st lukes...

hello so nice to hear that ur from Cebu also, but sad that i will take my med ahead of you this Feb12&13, already had a round trip ticket depart on Feb11 then back to cebu Feb14.....anyway, im from Mandaue, where are you in Cebu????? Goodluck for both of us.... :)

03-Mar-08 ----- medical date (planning to go earlier probably 2nd wk of Feb)

13-Feb-08 ----- thanks God im done with my medical exam taken Feb 12 & released Feb13

very smooth processing God is Good All the Time

10-Mar-08 ----- interview date there's no big deal in USEM especially if u'r with ur fiance

25-Mar-08 ----- visa on hand (Thank you Lord)

09-Apr-08 ----- arrived in the USA(POE Minn/st pl) thanks God i made it by myself. God is Good All the Time

25-May-08 ----- OUR BIG DAY!!! (1yr after engaged)

05-Jun-08 ------ got SSN

25-Jun-08 ------ got driver's permit

08-Oct-08 ------ passed the road test... yeyyyy i can drive alone now... thank you Lord

My medical - March 4 & interview ~ March 11. I would like to meet those who will be having the same appointment dates. And also if there s someone who have finished ...i need some tips too ..And also if there s someone who have children K2 visa.. I have three kids ages 19 , 20 & 21 .

Aug 18, 2008---RFE

Oct 20, 2008---request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed.

Dec 17, 2008---EAD touched

March 27, 2009- Interview..... Approved!!!

Were so excited for the interview on the 3rd. Weng and I are both flying to Manila and meeting there on the 2nd so we are rested and refreshed for the interview. I'm not sure if we are going back to Cebu in the evening on the 3rd, or maybe if we can pick up our packet directly from the embassy (hopefully) we might stay a few more days in Manila. But we should all try to get together there if possible.

I want to thank you Rhea and everyone on behalf of Weng for all your help and support. Good luck to us all and we will see you soon in Las Vegas!!! :yes:

Hello, thanks God im done with my medical last Feb 12 &13. The people who worked at SLEC were very approachable. Just only one tip i can give you just asked somebody who worked there if you don't know something.

Very smooth processing hope that will happen also on my interview.... God Bless all

We have 3/11/08 6:30 am interview at USEM. Medical is 3/4/08/ cannot go to early medical because of problem with B.C. authentication. Will be in Manila from 3/3/08 to whenever. Do not want visa tobe mailed to Cabaluay, Zamboanga City, takes so long, will request for visa pick-up if possible. Just heared about new "DELBROS DOCUMENT AUTHENTICATION CHECK" . Packet 4 has no info. on this, received 2/4/08
