I have just a quick question, and I apologize if this has been asked before...

In order to have the fiance visa (K1) approved, does the foreign fiance have to be currently employed? What job/employment/financial requirements does the invited fiance need to have?

Any and all advise is much appreciated!

Thanks!

yeah i think it is just good coz for me and my fiance he stop his previous job before to visit me in my country for one month and while he is doing his masters project but he get a new job right after he comeback..visited me last feb and went hom march and we filed the petition end of april and they get started first week of may. So, i think no worries for you and your fiance as long as he is doing good and have a good record and have savings to prove he can support you.

Hope my experiece helps
