AOS/AP/EAD ap send 12/28, and we received the Biometrics letter yesterday (1/8), with an appointment date of 1/25. That seems quick from what I'm reading?? Not that I'm not ECSTATIC or anything...... :whistle:

Biometrics is usually pretty soon (1-2 months) after NOA date. After that, you could wait and wait and wait. EAD still seems to be approx. 90 days.

interview @ tampa, fl office: april 26, 2007

green card received: may 5, 2007

removal of conditions timeline:

03/26/2009 - received in VSC

07/20/2009 - card production ordered!

Wow - congrats! That is exciting. We filed a few days after you guys - so looking forward to that bio appointment.

That's similar to what we had. Bio 1 month after filing and EAD/AP approved a month after that.

EAD/AP approved Nov 26 '07

Got the AP Dec. 3 '07

AOS interview Feb 7th (5 days after the 1 year anniversary of our K1 NOA1!

I had my bio very early (filed 10/04/07, received 10/05/07, NOA1 10/11/07, bio 11/02/07) but still has to make an infopass and congressional inquiry to get my EAD/AP in 98 days!!! Hopefully you will get yours sooner!

Fingerprints and a photograph. It's quick and painless.

I HATE miles, gallons, pints, words spelled without u's, and all that other jazz...
