DS-2001. K1 Visa

Under the section Applicant Statement in page 2 of the DS-2001 form I have a doubt, I am given three options to reply as to how I intend to appear

1) Alone

2) Together with my spouse

3) Together with my spouse and the following minor children

I intend to appear with my FIANCE however this is not one of the options above....should I select (2) even though he is not legally yet my spouse? please help.

Select NO 2 if you plan to attend interview.

The form is written for a spousal visa because the consulate's immigrations visa unit handles K-Visas too.

You may want to correct your profile, it says filed for K-3 not K-1 which can be confusing.
