A pleasant day to everyone! This website is really a big help for all of us waiting for the visa for different situations. So my case is like this,i had a previous K1 visa before, but the wedding didnt happen,I went back to my homeland before my visa will expired,im aware about the rule of k1 so i went home on time

.And now i met my new man,and he filed a fiancee visa for me,

and THESE ARE MY QUESTIONS:

1.Are we going to have difficulties with the US immigration getting the k1 visa again because i had one before?

2.I still have a valid passport should i change it or get a new one?because my k1 visa and all the transactions were stamped on my passport. LIKE the CFO seminar, medical examations, etc.Or just let it just like that?

3.Whats the best thing to do?

Cant wait to start a new life with my man. I hope they will give us a chance to be happy.

I hope my k1 visa before will not be a hindrance for my happiness in the future.

Thank you and Goodluck to all of us.

4.DO YOU know someone who have gone through the same situation just like mine before?

Best of luck,

Sophia

No. You didn't overstay your visa, so there should be no problem at all. Be prepared to answer questions about why your marriage didn't work out though.

Your current passport is fine as long as there's enough validity left in it. When does it expire?

3.Whats the best thing to do?

Just file as normal. You've been through the process before, so you know what to do. Help your USC fiance as much as you can.

4.DO YOU know someone who have gone through the same situation just like mine before?

Not personally, but there are VJ members here who are on their second K-1 filing just like you. They might pop in and have more insight.

Best of luck to you!

THANK you and good luck to our journey.
