Case Status Portfolio with Updates via Email

Hi everyone.

It has been more than 4 months since I have taken the test/interview for the citizenship and now I am waiting

for the oath ceremony. I want to know that can " Case Status Portfolio with Updates via Email" on the USCIS

website be used to know the current case status i.e, to know how long it will take until the oath ?

When I enter my application number to see my case status on USCIS website, I get the following message:

" * Case Status Retrieval Failed

* The status for this Receipt Number is incomplete at this time in this automated system and can not be displayed. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the National Customer Service Center.

Any input please !!!!!!!!

That system has been up and down many times over the past week.

Please update your profile, you are way past removing conditions, you are at naturalization.

I just added my timeline. At present I am waiting for the oath ceremony. It has been more than 4 and half months since interview. I want to know if there is any way I can find how long it is going to take ?
