Question re: UK medical

My fiance has his medical scheduled for Jan. 7th, which is 4 weeks after the embassy mailed Packet 3 to him. He has yet to receive Packet 3, and it was sent Dec. 11th. It must be lost! He called the extortion line today and they gave him a code to use to email the embassy to request a second Packet 3. They auto-replied that it will be 3 - 4 days until they provide an actual response to his inquiry. We're now worried that he won't have it in time for the medical.

So, my question is, aside from the medical questionnaire they supply in Packet 3, is there any other form that you need to take with you to the medical? Or, should we just reschedule the medical?

Thanks in advance for your help!

When I had mine they wanted the cover letter from Packet 3 which has your case number on it too. I've no idea what would happen to anyone if they turned up without it though.

Ugh! That's what I'm afraid of! I'll have him call Knightsbridge and see what they have to say about it.

As long as you know what your case number is that will be ok.

It starts LND, all the forms they need they can give you there.

They are stumped if they don't have the case number as they can't send the results to the Embassy as it all ties together with that number.

What to expect at the POE - WIKI entry
