Look at my signature for info on how to fill in your timeline. :)

I don't know if 2 weeks is a reasonable time to wait, but I believe the embassy sends it via post. When they send her passport back to her with the Visa, they'll send that DHL. Might want to drop into the Russia regional forum and ask this question, we've had some recent approvals and they'll probably have good info for you.

What is this MOS #, my fiance who is from Moscow said our case is #1 in line according to some website. What does that mean? That she will recieve the papers first?? OR ???

That's your application number at the Moscow embassy that was assigned by the NVC. You can check here to see when her interview date is.
