ATTN: ANY PENDING I-130 or K3's

I just wanted to give heads up to anyone else with pending I 130 or K3's about the processing times. The immigration officer I talked with via phone she said the processing times would take 6-8 months but now they are running 10-14 months. I don't know If I believe it to be true but its probably good information to share

If anyone IS going to file I don't know if its better to send in a I 130 first and then a K3 so that you have 2 applications put in maybe they will take one over the other?? Goodluck

We re-mailed our I-130 first of October this year still no NOA1..

They say what at least 90 days for even that.

oohhh filing after july month i think it will be tough because so many people tried to send papers before the new fee change so they got the people after them backed wayyyy up.
