coming to the US. No K-2 was done. On the DS-156K (Nonimmigrant

Fiance Visa Application) #5 it askes for the name of all unmarried

children under the age of 21. And the next line asks for birth certificates

of all children listed in #5.

Question-1 Does his name need to be listed on this form if a K-2 is not

being completed?

Question-2 Does a birth certificate need to be submitted with this form

for the 19 year old?

I really see know reason to put his name on this form as he is not part of

the process.
