All immigration forms (see below), supporting evidence, and medical forms should be brought to the embassy. Medical results will be delivered to the Embassy following the exam.

For K1 filers, make sure you bring your 2 Banco Popular receipts, showing payment for Visa. Also, bring $80 on the day of your interview to pay for remainder of Visa balance, and up to $12.50 to pay for visa delivery after approval.
