Vaccination requirements? |
Depends on age but the main ones are MMR, Tetanus (Td) and Varicella
Many people have asked their Doctor's to have a blood test to determine their ammunity. If you cannot remember when your last Tetanus jab was have one done and get the Doctor to print out the date you had it. This can be claimed on Medicare, ask the Doctor to print out the results to show the Medical Examiner.
A blood test for immunity is recommended if a full vaccination history cannot be found.
IMPORTANT: Request original documents from blood test results and vaccination history. Photocopies and faxes are not accepted. |
