Office Luke was very nice. He was very polite and respectful during whole interview process. Overall staff at Omaha USCIS location was great. They all were very helpful. Thank you again

It was super fun and I hope I get the same interviewing officer in 2 years when I return to lift conditions and apply for a 10-year green card!
Our interview took about 20 minutes, the interviewer confirmed my answers on some of the questions on the AoS application, asked about our relationship and how we met. We gave some insurance documents(auto,life), OPPD account summary, some wedding photos and other photos. That's really all that we submitted during the interview. The officer did not give us an approval or rejection and told us to wait for a status change online. Our status changed that evening from "interview is ready to be scheduled" to "new card is being processed".
Something to note, the interview notice required my husband's adopted step-daughter's documents(birth certificate). We also brought her custody papers just in case because her custody recently changed compared to what was decreed in the divorce proceedings. Neither were asked for durin... read complete review
