I was approved on March 25, 2013 and was asked to go online and register to make arrangements to have DHL deliver my passport and packet. I have visited the website almost everyday but I keep seeing,"There is no information on this Way Bill at this time". Can anyone say what is the timeline for waiting, if there is any and if it is appropriate to send an email to the embassy.

So easy it was almost anti-climactic! Came loaded with everything but the kitchen sink and the CO asked him how we met, to write my name and that was it....Approved, wait 5-10 days for the visa

I with my 2 kids & stepdaughter arrived for our interview on March 28 at 6:45 am for our 7:30 am appointment. It went smoothly, we went thru security and was told to go inside the immigrant section and have a seat. After 1 hour we were called where we submitted our medical and asked a few questions like who is filing for us and where does he work and if we had ever travelled before. They took our fingerprints except my 7 yr old daughter. We were told to return to our seats and wait on our names to be called, which we did.

Inside was full so we were told to sit on the outside until they were ready for us. We were called after an hour or so. The Consul officer swore me in and then asked the following questions:

Did your husband get married to migrate to the US?
How often do you see him?
Have you ever travelled to any other country and for how long?
Have you any pictures of your wedding? I did.

He then asked my daughter whe... read complete review

Got to the embassy at 6:40 on march 28th 2013, for a 7:00 am interview. Joined the line outside the embassy which was moving very fast. We asked if my husband could come in with me, the security said yes aslong as he has identificatin, but he can't go in the interview with me, he can only stay in the court yard, when we got in to the check point, my husband had our phones and his PSP, lol. So we were exited out the builinding, so he decided the stay out side with the stuff while I go in. So I went back in the line and went thru check point, got down to the front desk and handed my interview letter then pick up the DHL yellow slip, I was assigned number 119, so I sat for about 45 minuites then I was called to do finger prints and hand in my medical, after doimg the finger pints I had to wait again, I must have sat for almost 2 hours, then my name was called, this was a male consulate, I walked up and said good morning with a smile, but he did not respond to that,he just said "can I have... read complete review

Arrive at the Embassy in Kingston at 8:20 for my 9 o'clock appointment,,my documents were checked by embassy personnel and was directed through security screening,,,then directed to the interview area where i got a number. I waited for about 45 minutes then my number was called. I was then asked to hand in my medical, police certificate, DHL conformation and my passport photos,,i was then finger printed and told to sit down and listen for my number or name to be called, about 30 minute later i was call to the interview window,,,i was then ask a few question
