The lady then gave me a white paper about spousal abuse in the US and told me i will be call to get my finger print cause her machine wasn't working.. I waited another 20 minutes and was seated again.. I waited about 45 minutes to be interviewed.. the lady asked;
who's filing for me?
How did my Fiance and I met?
How do we communicate?

She then said I believe I have everything u can go home...

I had a 9:30am appointment on 1/9/15. I was seated into the embassy by 9:30 after which it waited for my number/name to be called. Waited there for about 45 minutes then I was called and submitted my documents (birth certificate, non-impediment, police record, tax transcripts, job letter, W2, pay advice, I-134 form, divorce decree, passport pics). The officer checked them off asked me a few questions:
What is you fiancée name?
What is his number?
Is this your first marriage?
Is this your fiancée first marriage?
Have you travelled to the US before? Did you stay over six months?
Have you travelled to another country outside the US? Did you stayed over a year?
Are you married?

She then told me I have 90 days In which to get married after my admission in the US. I went back to my seat and waited for my name to be called again. I sat there for another 15 minutes the I was called and interviewd. Questions asked were:

My fiancè arrived and was processed in. He was told he would not receive the official packet 4 (appointment letter) but just to bring the confirmation registration page and he had no problem at all getting in. A lady called him up and asked for documents (police certificate, impediment to marriage, medical exam package, passport photos, passport) and asked for my I-134. I had a joint sponsor and he did not hand that in in the confusion of them only asking for mine. They told him to take a seat and wait for his name to be called again. He waited and was listening to other people interview. He said there were some people who was overly dramatic during their interviews and he couldn't help but laugh.

The blond lady called him up and he interviewed with her. He said she asked what is your fiancee's name. How many kids does your fiancee have? Have you met them? (No) Have you spoken with them? (Yes) Do her kids live with her? How did you meet? Why did you choose her and n... read complete review

Contact them via email as soon as you receive a letter stating the case has been transferred to the Embassy. My fiancé never received any correspondence via mail. He has, received everything via email. It's best to emsil especially since we learned as of 12/1/2014 the Embassy no longer schedules, appointments. They instructed us to register, pay and schedule an interview via the website. All the best!
