dear friend
im an iranian guy and i couldnt meet my fiancee yet.
do you think is it bad enough for us to not get visa?
i will go to abu dhabi 10 days later, can you tell me please anything you know about there and the staff?
if approved, when will they give me the visa?

We had an interview at US embassy in Abu Dhabi, UAE two days ago. I decided to go with my wife to the interview becuase I thought it might help!
Since US has no embassy or cosulate in Iran, Iranian applicants have to travel to UAE (or Turkey) to get interviewed.
They allowed me to go with her inside for the interview. They interviewed us 3 times, first they collect all your documents and ask you some questions, the second interview which I think is the most important one was around noon. They asked us many question on how we met, engaged and got married, they asked about my job my house and they reviewed my tax forms. I must say most questions were for me rather than for my wife. And then we were asked to sit and wait for the final interview. In the final interview my wife was fingerprinted and they again asked me so many questions on who I live with, my house mortgage and payments,.. and at the end they said they have do more processing on our case and will let ... read complete review
