MFS = married filing separately

IMHO = in my humble opinion

I would print out whatever you did not send with the I-130 moving forward, monthly, as long as you were both ACTIVELY using the account.

the I-751 instructions do state that BUT they also seem to assume the foreign spouse to have adjusted status vs entering via CR1 visa.  I didn't send anything from before moving except some bank statements, because we didn't have much joint anything before that point.   So there was nothing to show!  So in my opinion, you don't have to.  However you may choose to, which many people do, especially in your situation where you lived together before immigration.  Your choice.   I can suggest what is or isn't necessary, but you still have the choice to send something or not.

For instance people send their marriage certificates.  I think it's completely pointless to do so and would suggest it's irrelevant, but you can make that choice to do it regardless.

Thank you so much! really appreciate your help :)  When did you apply for I-751 and how long did you take to get approved?

Thanks for your help. Hope everything goes well .. seems like the approval wait time is getting longer and longer. People are applying for N400 while still have I-751 pending after a year of submission of RoC. Thanks so much! I might have more questions when I compile things again this week. Thanks in advance.

Did you put a list of travel details and pictures when you file? I am planning to do some. I wonder if people color print the picture out on A4 paper or print it on film paper.

We added some photos on regular paper (8.5 x11).  Had no travel details.

sounds good.

For the I-751 form ... do I put "N/A" for all the blank boxes, such as part 5 ( I don't have kids), part 9 ( i don't have interpreter)

or If i answer part 1 Q16 "No" do I leave the whole Q17 blank or put"N/A" .

I still have a few questions:

1. Did you write your name and A# on every single page?

2. Did you circle or highlight your name or account number on the page of those statement?
