Confused on priority date list ..Any help ?

Hi I am LPR ,  and my wife she"s in united states on F1 ( student visa ) . We applied  her form I130 in year 2016 September and it got approved  in august 2017 .

Now I am confused which chart we  have to follow to apply her adjustment of status ?

Each month they will decide which chart to use for AOS

Chounglinh is right, the USCIS decides each month which chart to use for AOS, for January and February 2018, you are supposed to use Date for Filing, which is 01 Nov 2016. 

 

In other words, because your Priority Date is from September 2016, you are current to sent your Adjustment of Status Package to USCIS, remember to also include form i765 for her work permit, and i131 for a travel document, because she should not leave the national territory until she gets this document, or her case will be considered abandoned, however, while she awaits for all these forms to be processed, it is legal for her to stay without any further problem.
