Marriage in Mexico and taking visa interview in Turkey

Getting married in the US is the easiest. Just do not overstay and come back. Then your wife can file the i130 for you. 

Currently there is a visa crisis between US and Turkey. There is no non-immigrant visa for Turkish citizens anymore. Even before this visa crisis it used to very hard and complicated getting a visa from US for a Turkish citizen.

1. You can apply for non-immigrant US visa on a third country. 
2. The moratorium is already coming to an end. Check out the news, it came out on Nov. 6. 

Even if you have to get the US visa in a 3rd country or wait until the ban ends, it is still better than getting stuck in Mexico. 

Relax, this is not a race.
