Need help filling out permanent card renewal

To anyone who has had the experience of getting a conditional permanent resident card, removing conditions, and then ten years later having to renew your green card you will be able to help me. In part 3. Processing Information there is question 1 and 2 and I don't know whether to enter where I first applied for my K3 visa just after I got married or where I filed to have conditions removed after I had been in the USA a couple years. I tried asking USCIS but I couldn't get a straight answer. And do I have to enter anything in on 3.a or 3.a.1? Thank you so much!!! This is the 1-90 I am working on by the way.

You would put the name of the city and country of the consulate where you first applied for the K3 visa (if you used consular processing).

 

Part 3a your destination would be the US City and State that you initially settled (lived) in.  Part 3a1 is the US city/state where your port of entry was when you first arrived in the country.
