Huh??   ROM ... no one had issue with ROM being required for a name change.

 

What I was pointing out is that the GREEN CARD,or similar U.S. docs are required whereas you stated they were not... nothing more.

In ph consulate in chicago you will report your marriage in the morning and you can comeback at 3:00 pm to renew and change your name in your passport..you can do it in the same day..it's just that ROM will be the first one.

Hi hank..i know it's been a while..I'm doing good and now on the process of lifting the condition on my gc..how are you?

completing ROC .. wow .. has it been that long!   Time sure does fly.     ROC is pretty straight forward; 2 years of copies of bank statements, utility bills, etc to show you have been living as a married couple.     Once you get your new green card it will be time to think about filing the N-400.  ;)

 

We are  good.  Hangin out here in the Phils for a couple more months then back to Secret City.

It seems just yesterday when I'm asking some info to you and now Roc time..well enjoy your vacation and i maybe need your help again in N400 stage..glad to talk to you again..have fun in the ph😀
