Although I am unable to assist, I think you should provide sufficient details and update your VJ timeline in order for other knowledgeable members to help you. Your question is too ambiguous without the relevant information. I mean, why did USCIS return all the documents twice? Are there any formal letters that came with the returned documents? What documents did you guys send? What petition or submission were those documents for? Be specific. I hope someone can assist you soon. Good luck!

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.
