I am the main petitioner and I have 1 joint petitioner who is taking the responsibility of I-864, per requirement I also need to fill i864, my concern is In I-864, part-3 question # 1, do I need to mark 'yes'?

Yes, I am the main sponsor who filed for I 130 for mom, 

i am filling I-864  for my mom as a main sponsor but my aunt who is a joint sponsor also filling I 864. We r using joint sponsor's income not mine

I have the same situation, I am filing for my son,I have a low income and my friend is going to be a co sponsor

So where should I have to show that I am not using my income but co-sponsor's income to bring my son?

Is there any difference when filling I-864 of co-sponsor?

Milly, first of all we have to fill part 6 # 18a if u pay taxes to US govt. secondly fill 19a,b,c and part 7 even u are not using your income to sponsor him, according to my understanding. 

Secondly: co-sponsor is actually your joint sponsor, who is using her income 

she alao need to fill I 864 the same form. The only difference is u will check in Part 1# 1 your name and mark 1a

 

joint sponsor has to mark 1d ' I am the only joint sponsor'

 

but the question I asked I m waiting someone to reply

Yes dear you have to answer yes because you're sponsoring the "intended immigrant".
