Food stamps and I864 pls help ASAP

I think the non-US citizen has to be listed as a household member, but it will not be considered when doing the calculation. I mean, if the non-US member is not listed, would not that be like lying?

This is right.  You list them on your application but you will only get food stamps for the USC.  So say if 2 people would normally get $200 for a household you would only get $100 for the 1 person. You cannot be sued for taking food stamps for yourself.  Now if you got food stamps for the two of you it would be different you could be sued for accepting benefits for the immigrant who does not have their 40 quarters in or is a citizen.  Hope this helps.
