Good afternoon,

I received a text from USCIS and they provide me with my receipt number starting with letter SRC (not sure the meaning if anyone do please let me know) i typed receipt numer on the USCIS website and stated the same and that i should received a letter by regular mail ( is this the NOA1 ?)... im a little lost.

Based on what I have been reading on the forum, when the # starts with SRC, that means it will be processed at the Texas Service Center (correct me if I'm wrong anyone). And yes, that's the hard copy of the NOA1 that you'll get in the mail soon.

Good morning, I have some questions regarding I-130 form.

1. Should I put the international passport information if my parent has never been in USA or I need to leave it blank? (Part 4. Beneficiary's entry Information, item 47-50)

2. I-130 form asks to Provide the address in the United States where the beneficiary intends to live (Part 4. Other Address and Contact Information). My mother is not in USA. Does it refer to future (after green card approval) or it's only for person who currently in USA and planning to change an address. Should I add my address or leave if blank?

Looking forward for the response, thanks in advance.

Hello All,

The current dates for IR-5 are

California Service Center - November 15, 2016

Nebraska Service Center - August 30, 2016

Texas Service Center - September 2, 2016

Vermont Service Center - September 28, 2016

Potomac Service Center - October 1, 2016

Once you filed and received your NOAx1, please don't start expecting any response till after 5-9 months depending which center has your case.

For April 2017, I expect Biometrics notice letter during the first two months will be June/July 2017. Then I 'll relax and start waiting after Oct.2017. to Jan. 2018 for any further response from USCIS.

(this is my understanding).
